Learning at Alpha Montessori is built to genuinely engage children, and the more engaged they are, the greater the benefit. Montessori materials bring sensory and tactile elements that naturally draw children in, proving that learning how to learn, life’s ultimate preparation, can also be a lot of fun.
The school is dedicated to quality Montessori education for children from 18 months to 6 years, with quarter-, half- and full-day options plus aftercare. Adult-to-child ratios sit at 1:10 for 3-6 year olds and 1:6 for 1-3 year olds. Activities are self-directed and age-integrated, giving children a calm space to develop at their own pace. True to Montessori philosophy, children are never forced into activities; instead, observation guides them toward work that intrigues them, building self-motivated confidence. Once a skill is mastered through repetition, children naturally progress to more complex materials, satisfying their innate need to learn, understand and explore.
