Baby Steps has built its philosophy on one simple truth: children remind us daily to love without conditions, forgive quickly, and find joy in the smallest things. The school works to create just that same feeling for its own children — a space for exploration, learning and growth where every child feels safe and loved. An advanced school readiness programme prepares children thoroughly for formal schooling, while small class sizes keep individual attention high. With two campuses in Bedfordview, one in Germiston, and a new site opening in Sandton’s Linbro Park, the growing Baby Steps team now numbers 54 staff members dedicated to the children in their care.
