Baby Steps Early Learning Centre (Riley) runs on a philosophy borrowed straight from the children themselves — love without conditions, quick forgiveness, and pure excitement about everyday life. Staff try to mirror that same energy back, building a space where every child feels genuinely safe and cared for while they explore, play and grow.
A thorough school-readiness programme gets children set for formal schooling well ahead of time, and small groups mean nobody gets overlooked. The Baby Steps family now spans two Bedfordview campuses, a Germiston site, and a soon-to-open branch in Sandton’s Linbro Park, backed by a 54-person staff team spread across the group.
