Elbe van der Walt-Webber and Thornley Webber founded Capriccio Arts Powered Pre-school in 2013, building an innovative, holistic curriculum that blends elements of Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia with CAPS, South Africa’s official national curriculum, all set against a Christian ethos.
The school expanded in 2019 when Capriccio Arts Powered Preparatory began offering Grade 1, and today Capriccio Private School provides creatively driven early years, pre-school and primary education spanning age 2 right through to Grade 3.
