Founded back in 1989, Diapers and Dummies Nursery School operates on the belief that a child’s first six years are the most developmentally and emotionally important of their life. The aim is to raise well-balanced, happy individuals who go on to become successful adults, guided by a philosophy that a stimulated child is a happy child, and a stable environment builds a confident young adult. Safety, stimulation and care define the mission — a true “home away from home.”
Trust and understanding between children and staff form the foundation for effective learning, and knowing that parents need to get to work early, the doors open at 6:30 and close at 17:30. Teaching isn’t just a profession here — it’s a passion, with a hundred hugs handed out daily. Children are welcomed from birth right through to and including Grade R.
