Anne De Vries started what’s now Kids at Clarebosch Educational Pre-School back in 1997, spending years pouring her care into local children before handing the reins over when she retired at the end of 2015 to a successor who’d joined her staff a few years earlier. The school’s spirit, though, has stayed the same.
Play remains the primary teaching tool, inside a setting the team describes as fun, secure and nurturing. Every child moves at their own pace toward their own potential, growing steadily into someone confident and caring enough to handle whatever the world brings. Getting ready for “big school” means building a real love of learning first, and as a Christian-based pre-school, Bible stories and songs are simply part of the daily rhythm.
