The focus stays on being true to each child’s world — watching them play, learn and succeed through exploring, dreaming and discovering — rather than filling classrooms to capacity. It’s a fair question to ask whether the big nursery schools, with three classes per grade, truly keep children’s interests at heart; here, that obligation to maximise numbers simply doesn’t exist.
