Mindstretch Preschool is purpose-built for learners facing mild to moderate learning difficulties, including those on the autism spectrum, offering a setting that’s equal parts therapeutic and educational. Teaching stays anchored to the National Curriculum, with the long-term goal of readying children, where possible, for inclusive mainstream classrooms.
Each child works from a tuition plan built specifically around them, with steady monitoring to keep results on track. The team leans on established methods but treats good teaching as part instinct, part craft. Staff hold strong qualifications and specialist special-needs training, and the daily routine includes HANDLE® Therapy plus focused work on reading, numbers, fine motor coordination and social skills — rounded out by gross motor play and hands-on messy activities that keep the whole experience genuinely enjoyable.
