At Mommy and Me, learning starts as a shared adventure between parent and child. Sessions welcome babies from 3 months right through to toddlers of 3 years, using a multi-sensory approach that lets little ones explore the world hands-on while parents pick up practical tools along the way.
Parent education sits at the very heart of the programme, guided by an experienced facilitator who shares the knowledge needed to support each developmental stage. As babies grow into toddlers and edge toward preschool, families gain the confidence and know-how to nurture learning at just the right pace.
