Since opening its doors in 2001, Pinelands Montessori Independent School has given children aged 2 to 12 the chance to experience an authentic Montessori education within a warm, co-educational setting. The school describes itself as a tight-knit community of parents, staff and students, all working toward helping children reach their full potential, grow in confidence and knowledge, and develop genuine respect for themselves and others.
Classrooms are fully equipped with Montessori teaching apparatus and hold up to 24 children each, guided by a qualified Directress and Assistant. A generous grassed play area outside features a jungle gym, sandpit, trampoline and other exercise equipment, rounding out a broad, holistic educational experience.
