Sinelitha ECD Centre is where little ones in Khayelitsha take their very first steps towards a lifelong love of learning. Our centre supports young children through the early stages of their development, all within a safe and caring setting. Our approach puts the child first, building confidence one small step at a time. We help little ones grow in independence, kindness and a love of learning. Every corner of our centre is there to help children feel secure, stimulated and cared for. Many of our families come from right here in Khayelitsha, and we love being part of this community.
