At Step Ahead Kindergarten, every classroom has its own dedicated teacher backed up by three assistants, so each child’s needs get proper attention. Lessons run in English on a full curriculum, with a new theme introduced weekly and CAPS-aligned learning for the 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 year groups as well as Grade R. Class sizes are kept small, with no more than 16 learners in a group.
For the littlest members of the school, babies from 6 months to 2 years follow a specially designed Step Ahead baby curriculum built just for them.
