SUGAR AND SPICE EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE has been a fixture of quality early education in the Western Cape since 1987, building its reputation on a solid academic grounding delivered through fun, play-filled days full of love, consistency and encouragement.
Five classrooms cater to different age groups, each following a programme designed to keep children stimulated and engaged. The Letterland reading programme forms a cornerstone of the curriculum, starting with the basics at age two and building progressively as children move up through the classes. Ongoing observation and developmental assessment feed into a full report at year’s end, delivered by a fully qualified team of early childhood specialists who keep their training current.
