Wonderland Nursery School in George packs each day, from arrival to pickup, with chances to grow in every direction — socially, physically, emotionally and mentally. Lessons touch gross and fine motor coordination, Bible stories and worship, arts and crafts, gardening, early language and number work, and no shortage of music.
Schooling matters, but so does simply letting kids be kids — Wonderland aims to bring out each child’s best without rushing them past being two, three or five years old. Here, shoes come off, hands get muddy, sand becomes a plaything (sometimes a snack), and the odd scraped knee comes with the territory of building strong movement skills.
